Overall, the Guangzhou Botanical Gardens is perhaps twice the size of Melbourne's own Botanical gardens.
There are large orchid exhibits, camellia and azelia gardens and lakes full of lotus and water lilies. Sadly, early September is the wrong time to view almost all those flowers!
